Before You Call: Make It Safe
- Shut off the water at the fixture valve or the main valve.
- Switch off power to wet rooms only if you can reach the breaker panel from dry ground.
- Keep children and pets away from sewage, canal or flood water.
- Take photos of the source and the damage.
What We Will Ask on the Call
- Your address and the best number to reach you
- Where the water came from, and whether it has been stopped
- Which rooms are wet, and roughly how much
- Whether the water is clean, from a washer, dishwasher or AC, or from sewage or outside flooding
- How long ago it started
- Whether you have reported it to your insurance company yet
We then give you an arrival time.
